We return to your hotel every year which speaks for itself!!!
The breakfast is always good but the tea could be hotter and the plates for hot food were not warm The staff were excellent and were very welcoming

A Perfect Holiday, this hotel exceeded our expectations, we have a new favourite in Bangkok.
Everything! We had 2 rooms (interconnecting) as we were travelling with our teenage son. Both rooms were beautiful. They were newly renovated so in perfect condition & clean. Bathrooms had everything you may need & luxurious toiletries, no cheap little bottles. ALL the staff were friendly, eager to assist & fabulous at their job. Our concierge was Mae & she booked us several activities & trips which made our holiday. Her local knowledge mixed with both her wanting to know what we were looking to experience & then her attention to every detail thereafter ensured each activity was even better than we were hoping for. The rooftop pool & bar is beautiful & relaxing. The staff up there remembered us & warmly greeted us with big smiles, towels & water on every visit. The gym & facilities there are excellent also. The location of this Hotel is great. So easy to get wherever you need to go. The train is so close, you can walk to shopping & restaurants & a fabulous 711 is next door. The hotel has staff at the front door to organise an almost instant taxi, private car or tuk tuk. I highly recommend taking a tuk tuk if there’s traffic. Those guys are amazing at finding all the cut throughs to miss the traffic, not to mention it is a must do if you are staying in Bangkok. The breakfast buffet is extensive, catering to pretty much every nationality.

Location is extremely close to the main shopping mall and is located in the middle of the skyline and connects with other shopping centers The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of options including Mediterranean The staff are friendly and helpful
